Aug. 25 at 4:52 p.m. Eric C. McGee, 22, of 1300 Tanner Hall, was arrested for battery in the Donald S. Spencer Student Recreation Center after he allegedly stuck another student in the face during an altercation on the basketball court. He posted $100 cash bond for a
Sept. 23 court date.

On Aug. 24 at 7:41 p.m. residents of a fifth floor room in Lincoln Hall reported a window had a small hole in it and there was glass on the floor. Officers determined the hole was made from the outside from a small caliber pellet gun or a BB gun. Estimated damage to the window was $400.

On Aug. 24 at 10:16 a.m. contractors working on Memorial Hall reported that four portable toilets in the fenced in construction area had been tipped over.
