Aug. 27 at 1:46 a.m. two students were arrested in Q-Lot for consumption of alcohol by a minor. They are Alexander J. Swenson, 19, of 705 Higgins Hall, and Philip J. Ash, 18 of 702 Tanner Hall. Each was assigned a Sept. 29 court date.

On Aug. 27 at 9:06 p.m. Anthony K. Benoit, 24, of 1338 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date was not given.

On Aug. 27 at 5:37 p.m. a person in Corbin Hall contacted the Office of Public Safety to report she has been receiving harassing calls on her cell phone.

On Aug. 28 at 12:19 a.m. Matthew W. Gerlach, 18, of 707 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Henninger for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was assigned an Oct. 6 court date.
