On Aug. 31 at 2:57 p.m. a student reported that his cell phone, valued at $400, had been stolen from his residence hall room.
On Aug. 31 at 11:09 p.m. Michael A. Kettler, 20, of 914 N. Charles St., Apt. 78, was arrested in Mowbray Hall for a 2:23 a.m. Aug. 23 incident when an officer observed Kettler's car travel through a bus gate and then speed away when the officer attempted to pull the car over. Kettler was charged with evading and eluding police and disobeying a traffic control device. He posted $200 cash bond for a Sept. 21 court date.
On Aug. 31 at 11:16 p.m. a student reported his laundry soap, valued at $20, had been taken from the Thompson Hall women's side laundry room.
On Aug. 31 at 11:30 p.m. Michael A. Kettler, 20, of 914 N. Charles St., Apt. 78, was arrested in Mowbray Hall after a check of his license showed he was driving while his license is suspended. He posted $100. No court date was listed.
On Sept. 1 at 4:29 p.m. Ariana L. Rigoni, 19, of 914 Bayliss Hall, was arrested in her residence hall room for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). She was assigned an Oct. 6 court date.
On Sept. 1 at 6:57 p.m. a student reported being harassed by messages sent to her cell phone. The incident is under investigation.
On Sept. 1 at 12:57 a.m. Zachary A. Putnam, 18, and Joshua J. Schoenhardt, 18, both of 739 Tanner Hall, were arrested in Q-Lot. Putnam was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting/obstructing an officer. He posted $100 for an Oct. 5 court appearance. Schoenhardt was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting/obstructing an officer. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
