On Sept. 4 at 10:13 p.m. Nicole Brockunier, 21, of 1521 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Q-Lot for open alcohol in public. Nonstudents Joshua Smith, 20, of Cameron (IL), and Jesse Scott, 17, of Monmouth (IL), were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned an Oct. 6 court date.
On Sept. 5 at 1:10 a.m. two students near the Clay and Adams streets intersection were judicially referred: one for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and one for open alcohol in public.
On Sept. 5 at 9:27 p.m. two students in Thompson Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams).
On Sept. 5 at 10:01 p.m. nonstudents Nathaniel Burchaki, 20, and Tyler Schoolcraft, 20, both of Downers Grove (IL), were arrested at the Charles and Pierce streets intersection for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned an Oct. 13 court date.
On Sept. 6 at 1:12 a.m. nonstudent Scott Cox, 23, of Rapatee (IL), was arrested at the Charles and Pierce streets intersection for open alcohol in public. He was assigned an Oct. 6 court date.
On Sept. 6 at 3:40 p.m. a student reported that someone had accessed his computer in his residence hall room and logged onto an adult-related website. Two students were later judicially referred for tampering with a computer.
On Sept. 6 at 9:02 p.m. two students in Q-Lot were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Sept. 7 at 1:24 a.m. nonstudent Nathan Neighbour, 20, of Morrison (IL), was arrested near Western Avenue for interfering with a police officer, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of a false ID. He was assigned an Oct. 13 court date. Nicholas Judycki, 19, and Joseph LaCassa, 19, both of 225 Corbin Hall, and Jason Smith, 19, of 803 Thompson Hall, were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned an Oct. 13 court date.
On Sept. 7 at 7:15 p.m. Lauren Gorka, 18, of 832 Thompson, was arrested in her residence hall room for possession of drug paraphernalia. Eileen Grant, 18, of the same address, was arrested for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). They were each assigned an Oct. 6 court date.
