On Sept. 11 at 8:20 p.m. four students in L-Lot were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Sept. 11 at 8:22 p.m. one student in Westbrook Circle was judicially referred for theft after he allegedly took a mini-fridge from an acquaintance's residence.

On Sept. 11 at 9:07 p.m. a student reported to OPS that she was being harassed by telephone by a person known to her. The incidents are under investigation.

On Sept. 11 at 9:12 p.m. Tyler Wrzesinksi, 18, and Frank Stoeberl, both of 929 Tanner Hall, were arrested in their residence hall room, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). Connor Kirkwood, 18, of 934 Tanner Hall, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were each assigned an Oct. 20 court date. Nonstudent Pedro Porcayo, 19, of West Chicago (IL), was arrested for possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams). He posted $100 cash bond for an Oct. 19 court date.

On Sept. 11 at 11:15 p.m. a student reported that while driving through Q-Lot, an unknown male approached his vehicle and hit the driver's side window. The incident is under investigation.

On Sept. 12 at 12:07 a.m. nonstudent Bret Pufahl, 19, of Batavia (IL), was arrested in L-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned an Oct. 20 court date.

On Sept. 12 at 1:32 a.m. Christopher Huffman, 19, of 905 W. Jefferson St., was arrested in the Higgins Hall lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was assigned an Oct. 20 court date. Kristin Lick, 22, of 919 Higgins, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and assigned an Oct. 20 court date, while Megan Sherman, 19, of 919 Higgins, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and assigned an Oct. 20 court date.

On Sept. 12 at 2:07 a.m. a juvenile female from Burlington (IA) was arrested in the University Union for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was assigned an Oct. 19 court date.

On Sept. 12 at 2:46 p.m. a University employee reported that a University-owned tractor/cart was on fire near the Union. An OPS officer extinguished the blaze prior to the Macomb Fire Department's arrival. The fire, which was believed to have been caused by a short in the wires, caused $100 in damages.

On Sept. 13 at 1:01 a.m. an OPS officer reported that a stop sign at Western Avenue and Adams Street had been bent to the ground.

On Sept. 13 at 2:06 a.m. one student in the North Quad Drive was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Sept. 13 at 2:06 a.m. two students in Q-Lot were judicially referred for possession of cannabis. Sean Ringa, 18, of 1112 Thompson Hall, was arrested for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was assigned an Oct. 20 court date.
