On Sept. 16 at 4:01 p.m. a University employee reported that a ladder had been taken from the Heating Plant. Estimated cost of the ladder is $400.

On Sept. 17 at 1:05 a.m. Nathan J. Culvey, 19, of 528 Higgins Hall, was arrested in L-Lot for consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned an Oct. 27 court date.

On Sept. 17 at 4:44 p.m. an individual reported the driver's side tail light of his car, which was parked in the Tillman Hall Lot, had been broken. Estimated cost of the tail light assembly is $75-$100.

On Sept. 17 at 12:22 a.m. an officer located the ladder that had been reported taken from the Heating Plant on Sept. 16.

On Sept. 17 at 4:00 p.m. a student in Thompson Hall reported being harassed by a student known to her through hurtful postings on e-mail, Facebook and cell phone text messages. The incident is under investigation.

On Sept. 17 at 11:37 a.m. Sodexo reported the theft of a large metal artwork from a wall near the entrance of the West Dining Center (Thompson Hall). Estimated cost of the item is $100.

On Sept. 18 at 12:23 a.m. Lucas P. Loitz, 19, of 301 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Q-Lot for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was assigned an Oct. 20 court date. Two students also received judicial referrals for smoking cannabis.
