On Oct. 16 at 12:34 p.m. Thomas Young, 18, of 715 Tanner Hall, was arrested in his residence hall room for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). He was assigned a Nov. 17 court date.

On Oct. 16 at 8:39 p.m. Timothy Meloy, 20, of 830 Corbin Hall, was arrested in Corbin for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Nov. 17 court date. Another student was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Oct. 16 at 8:53 p.m. Emily Risa, 19, of 1431 Thompson Hall; Mark Murray, 18, of 528 Tanner Hall; Seamus O'Malley, 18, of 537 Tanner Hall; and nonstudents Nicholas Parada, 18, Nicole Martinez, 19, and Lydia Fernandez, 18, all of Chicago (IL), were arrested in Tanner Hall for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned a Nov. 24 court date.

On Oct. 16 at 11:06 p.m. Ross Projansky, 18, of 707 Henninger Hall; Courtney Meland, 18, of 420 Bayliss Hall; Jordan Seibt, 19, of 704 Henninger Hall; Courtney Dennis, 18, of 414 Bayliss Hall; Joshua Pachol, 18, of 710 Henninger Hall; and nonstudents Jacqueline Clark, 20, and Megan Fleigle, 18, both of Pawnee (IL), and Daniel Schatz, 19, of Palatine (IL), were arrested in Henninger Hall for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned a Nov. 24 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 1:31 a.m. Jessica Wagner, 19, of 606 Corbin Hall, was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was assigned a Nov. 18 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 2:35 a.m. Steven DeGraw, 18, of 308 Henninger Hall; Ryan Zettel, 18, of 315 Henninger Hall; and nonstudent Austin Wallace, 17, of Davenport, IA, were arrested in Q-Lot for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams). DeGraw was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were assigned a
Nov. 24 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 3:38 a.m. Samuel Signer, 20, of 601 Higgins Hall; Kevin Githens, 19, of 1419 Thompson Hall; and nonstudents David Chavez-Tovar, 19, of Elgin (IL) and Zachary Pescetto, 20, of Bartlett (IL), were arrested in the University Union commons area for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after a police officer observed the group tampering with a truck parked in the Union lot. They were each assigned a
Nov. 17 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 1:13 p.m. one student in Q-Lot was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Oct. 17 at 1:28 p.m. Emily Halfman, 20, of 916 N. Charles St., was arrested in Q-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was assigned a Nov. 24 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 1:29 p.m. Nicholas Cooper, 19, of 1619 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Q-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Nov. 17 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 1:33 p.m. nonstudent Tyler Smith, 20, of Lockport (IL), was arrested in Q-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Nov. 24 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 1:50 p.m. nonstudent Erin Ealy, 20, of Rushville (IL), was arrested in Q-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. She was assigned a Nov. 17 court date.

On Oct. 17 at 2:02 p.m. one student in Q-Lot was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Oct. 17 at 6:22 p.m. a student reported that a case of water, valued at $3, was stolen from the back of his truck while parked in Q-Lot.

On Oct. 17 at 8:10 p.m. a student reported that during a fire alarm someone entered his unlocked Thompson Hall room and stole a laptop computer, valued at $1,800. The theft is under investigation.

On Oct. 17 at 9:23 p.m. a student reported that someone had hit her vehicle while parked in Q-Lot, causing $500 in damages.

On Oct. 17 at 9:33 p.m. a student reported that $40 cash and a laptop computer, valued at $1,200, was stolen from her unlocked Higgins Hall room. The theft is under investigation.

On Oct. 17 at 10:02 p.m. two students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of alcohol in a non-alcohol building.

On Oct. 17 at 10:38 p.m. nonstudent Nathan Brantley, 23, of Kankakee (IL), was arrested in Q-Lot for illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Nov. 23 court date.

On Oct. 18 at 3:02 a.m. a student reported that the passenger side window on her vehicle parked in Q-Lot was broken, causing $200 in damages.

On Oct. 18 at 4:20 a.m. nonstudent Gabriel Lara, 31, of Elgin (IL), was arrested at the Charles and Pierce streets intersection for driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted his driver's license and $100 cash bond for a Nov. 23 court date.

On Oct. 18 at 3:46 p.m. a student reported that his locked bicycle, valued at $200, was stolen from the Washington Hall rack. The theft is under investigation.

On Oct. 19 at 12:15 a.m. Antwan Watson, 19, of 700 Higgins Hall, was arrested for criminal trespass to a residence hall room and a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
