Quad Cities Representative: Gary Rowe

Gary Rowe has been Director of Development for Western Illinois University-Quad Cities since January 2008. . He has 34 years experience in the not-for-profit sector, including 27 years in Development. Gary also has seven years experience in corporate public relations.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa. He earned the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation from the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 1994.
