The Western Illinois Student Personnel Association (WISPA) is a graduate student organization that enhances the personal and professional development of students who are interested in pursuing careers in student affairs through social and professional networks, professional preparation workshops and conferences, open forums for issues and ideas, and a sincere commitment to continued education in the profession.

WISPA hosts a series of programs that emphasize professional development, personal growth, cohort bonding and academic excellence. Being a part of this organization during your time in the CSP program will build on all of the knowledge you gain and enhance your overall experience.
