Illinois Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (IAER) Distinguished Service Award

Mindy E., an Early Childhood Resource Specialist at the Center for Best Practices in Early Childhood/Starnet Regions I & III, was presented the annual Illinois Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired (IAER) Distinguished Service Award for her work in promoting, developing, and improving education and rehabilitation services for persons who are blind or visually impaired. The award was presented on February 16, 2012 in Schaumburg, Illinois.
