Ada B. Drake/Hazel M. Oest Scholarship

 

CRITERIA:

Applicants must be full time students who have attained junior status and have been accepted into the teacher education program in the College of Education.

Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5.

Have 65 semester hours.

Should be willing to teach for at least two years after graduation.

 

TERMS: Award of $600 paid in two installments.

 

SELECTION PROCESS:

Final selection will be made by the Center for the Preparation of Education Professionals Scholarship Committee. Recipient will be selected based on academic work, GPA and finanicail need.

 

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

On a spearate sheet of paper, please type a brief statement of academic interests, activities in which you are involved, both on and off campus, work experience, and plans for the future.
