Kid University

Kid University is a summer outreach program just for kids in grades 4-8, facilitated by the Western Illinois University Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising, and Hospitality Department. The objective of Kid University is to foster creativity and learning in culinary arts and fashion.

Kid University is generally held the first and second full weeks of June, Monday through Thursday from 8 am to noon. There are a variety of classes from which to choose. In previous years such topics as Cupcake Crazy, Fanatic About Fashion, Culinary, and Desserts have been offered.
