In addition, I serve as Doctoral Program Coordinator and Director of the Alternative Certification Initiative. My research agenda focuses on data driven decision making at all levels in the educational arena. My previous educational experiences were in the public schools and included positions as jr. high teacher, sr. high teacher, 7-12 Science Department Chairperson, K-12 Science Coordinator, K-6 Curriculum Coordinator for science, math, social studies, health and outdoor education, facilitator of K-12 staff development related to the Madeline Hunter Model, elementary principal, and adjunct professor at a variety of colleges and universities.
