States that receive IDEA funds must prepare an Annual Performance Report (APR) to account for their efforts the implement the requirements and purpose of Part C and submit it to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). This APR is prescribed by OSEP and includes 10 orefirnabce and compliance indicators and a most recently added indicator 11, called the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) which you can find at
