Great Oaks Camp
Description
Since 1972, Great Oaks has been serving the urban youth of Peoria, Illinois. Over the past decades, we have provided a free week of camp to thousands of low-income youth. In a safe, rural atmosphere, Great Oaks' staff seeks to demonstrate the love of God to children who are surrounded by drugs.

WIU Summer Enrichment Programs
Description
Non-Credit programs provides four summer enrichment youth programs on the Western Illinois University campus. Counselors supervise two art, one film, and one girls math program. Each program is one week on campus. Counselors should be responsible, able to stay overnight in the residence halls with campers, and be willing and able to work in a team environment to coordinate recreational activities and supervise students. Meals and lodging are provided during camps and all counselors are paid for each camp they supervise. WIU students may also receive credit in the areas of education, RPTA, and social work for the summer camp position.

House in the Wood
Description
For more than a 100 years, House In The Wood Camp in Delavan, Wisconsin has been providing inner city children from Chicago with positive alternatives. We recruit staff members who believe in providing children with positive choices and have something to contribute in a collaborative work environment. Typically, half of our staff returns to House in the Wood for a second season. Our summer camp season runs from June 9th through August 14 (some positions start earlier and end later). Our coed camp sessions are two weeks long. We provide comprehensive staff training that includes Red Cross certifications. Camp White Eagle/Kupagani
Description
Camp White Eagle/Camp Kupagani Camp White Eagle offers a variety of programs. Camp Kupugani multicultural camp for girls offers two- and four-week sessions for girls only. Kupugani for boys offers a one-week session for boys only. Campers range in age from 7 to 15 and come from diverse backgrounds. For our Team Building Program, our staff members—by guiding and facilitating a group's movement through an engaging course of structured activities—help organizations of all kinds form solid bonds. Through our Rental Camp program, our staff teams with an incoming group's director to plan different activities to assure that the campers have a safe, enjoyable, and productive stay at camp.

Holiday Home Camp
Description
Holiday Home Camp is a not-for-profit organization that will be celebrating it's 123rd year of service to youth at risk from Chicago and Milwaukee. Our summer camp program consists of one or two week sessions for 7-13 year olds. In addition, we offer two - one week sessions for 7-16 year olds.

Camp Henry Horner has 180 wooded acres located on Wooster Lake in northeastern Illinois. Boating, fishing, ropes course, pool, arts & crafts, drama, music, sports, and more. Union League Boys & Girls Clubs Camp
Description
We are a non-profit camp that serves inner city youth from the west side of Chicago. Our 247 acre facility is located just 65 miles outside of Chicago in Salem, WI which is only about 10 minutes from Kenosha, WI and Antioch, IL. We run an 9 week summer camp season, including one week of training. Our beautiful rustic and natural setting offers campers the experience of a lifetime as they are taken from the concrete and street lamps and brought to open fields of grass and stars. We offer our campers a varitey of camp activities like high ropes, boating, canoeing, arts & crafts and many more. Campers learn many skills at our camp, like how to swim and how to become independant young people.

Easter Seals Wisconsin
Description
Easter Seals Wisconsin Camps is two camps (Camp Wawbeek and Respite Camp) that operate on the same property in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. They both serve people with disabilities of all ages and abilities. We offer activities like swimming, arts & crafts, music, camping, canoeing, an accessible ropes course, along with many other activities that empower campers to be more independent, socialize with their peers, and most of all - have fun! We have positions available as staff members, as well as opportunities to serve as AmeriCorps members. Wyman Teen Leadership Program
Description
The Wyman Teen Leadership Program is not your typical summer camp! The Wyman TLP is a 7 year, year-round leadership program for underserved teens in the St. Louis area. Our teens join the program the summer before their eighth grade year, and we then work with these teens until they graduate high school and through their first two years of college! Camp Anokjig
Description
For 86 years, Camp Anokijig has offered campers age’s 7-16 resident camp experiences of 3 days to 9 wks. 1 hour north of Milwaukee, WI, activities include sailing, swimming, canoeing, archery, horseback riding, wilderness skills, rock-climbing, adventure tripping, plus more! Staff positions run 10 1/2 to 15 weeks (including training). Anokijig counselors gain leadership experience supervising a program area as well as a living unit. Girl Scouts of Central Indiana
Description
We are hiring staff for four camps. Positions are available for both resident (live on site) and day camp staff.
Camp Gallahue is a resident camp in beautiful Brown County Indiana (@ 1 hour south of Indianapolis). Activities include water recreation on the camp lake, horseback riding, hiking, archery, arts, etc.
Camp NaWaKwa and Camp Sycamore Valley have both day and resident camp with on site living provided. One staff team will spend June at Sycamore Valley (near Lafayette, IN) and July at Camp NaWaKwa (between Indianapolis and Terre Haute, IN). Both camps offer ropes courses and climbing walls in addition to general camp programming).
Camp Dellwood is a day camp only (no on site living provided). It is 200 wooded acres within the city limits of Indianapolis. Core staff positions such as lifeguards (pool), kitchen, unit staff, etc, are needed.

The Center for Courageous Kids

The Center for Courageous Kids is a medical based camping facility that provides children with terminal and chronic illnesses the opportunity to attend camp that otherwise would not have the opportunity to do so. Sherwood Forest Camp
Description
Sherwood Forest Camp is nestled on 487 acres, just 100 miles south of St. Louis, in Lesterville, Missouri. Campers can explore forests, meadows, a 15-acre lake, creeks, and nearby state parks. We annually serve up to 350children and adolescents ages 7 to 16, predominantly from families living in poverty. We are committed to providing the highest quality camp experiences for children and adolescents from diverse racial, ethnic, socio-economic, and religious backgrounds. Description
Camp EDI - Exercise, Diet, Insulin The American Diabetes Association provides an 8-day overnight opportunity for 120 children (ages 8-17) who live with diabetes to make friends, enjoy the outdoors and learn more about their disease. The ADA will hire 30 staff persons as counselors and program specialists who can share their love for camp and/or knowledge of diabetes.
