Day and resident camps are invited to visit campus to interact with students, including a large number form the Chicagoland area. Attending the fair provides you with a wonderful opportunity to recruit students from a wide variety of majors, and to network with fellow camp directors. Last year’s attendees had the opportunity to interact with 49 camp directors and more than 250 students. We expect this year’s Summer Camp Job Fair to be even larger.

Wisconsin Badger Camp Wisconsin Badger Camp's mission is to provide a positive natural environment where individuals with developmental disabilities can learn about their surroundings and realize their full potential. Through a group living experience, campers develop friendships and expand their social skills. Everyone, regardless of the severity of their disability, are welcome at Badger Camp.
Camp Red Leaf    Overnight camp that serves children and adults with various disabilities. We operate from the first of June to the middle of August, we are on 180 acres with swimming at the lake and pool, ropes course and air conditioning cabins.
Cheerio Adventures Cheerio Adventures located on the New River in Virginia, is an overnight tripping camp for kids ages 10-16 where they have the opportunity to go backpacking, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking , whitewater rafting for either 1 week or 2 weeks.
Camp Kearney Camp Kearney is a ministry of South Side Mission of Peoria, IL. We provide free Christ-centered residence camp for economically disadvantaged youth ages 6-16. The children experience adventure activities such as rock wall climbing, ziplining, swimming, biking, boating, and arts and crafts, while building relationships with staff who share the love of Jesus with them.
North Star Camp for Boys North Star Camp is a residential boys summer camp in Northern Wisconsin. Founded in 1945 we've been providing meaningful summer experiences for kids from all over the US. We provide a diverse program with athletics, watersports, arts and adventure activities as well as a top notch wilderness trip program. Each summer we hire approximately 90 staff from all over the US and abroad. If you're looking for a more typical summer job, but in a fun environment, camp is the place.
YMCA Camp Potawotami  YMCA Camp Potawotami, a Resident Camp located in Northeast Indiana on Blackman Lake is looking for Summer Resident Camp Counselors who possess these traits. Our camp serves 100 campers per week, with a wide variety of activities that provide kids ages 6-16 with week-long camping adventures that increase their sense of accomplishment and belonging while learning positive character traits and values to last a life time. 
Great Oaks Camp Great Oaks is a multi-purpose facility sitting on the bluffs above the Illinois River valley. Since 1972, Great Oaks has been serving the urban youth of Peoria, Illinois. Over the past three decades, we have provided a free week of camp to thousands of low-income youth. Great Oaks’ staff seeks to create a safe, rural atmosphere to demonstrate the love of God to children who are surrounded by drugs, gangs, and domestic violence in their everyday lives. White Pines Ranch White Pines Ranch has been serving thousands of boys, girls, and teens annually since 1958. Gig, Sue, and Andee, owners and operators of White Pines Ranch (WPR), have an outstanding reputation of providing a camp with fun activities while building personal growth and self-confidence in a wholesome and safe setting. WPR, just 90 miles west of Chicago in picturesque Oregon, Illinois. Our staff and we are committed to a common goal: Enhance the self-confidence, growth, development and environmental awareness of each individual. White Pines Ranch covers 200 acres of beautiful woods, pastures, horse trails, and a naturally formed sandstone canyon. Menno Haven Camp and Retreat Center Menno Haven is a beautiful Christian residential camp and retreat center located in the rolling hills of north central Illinois just off of Interstate 80. It features over 230 acres of woodlands and prairie as well as a lake. 
Camp Wyoming Camp Wyoming is a Christian summer camp in Wyoming, IOWA that serves kids in grades K-12! Peoria Park District's Summer Camps The Peoria Park District has a wide variety of day camps to choose from for your summer employment; outdoor camp, theater camp and inclusion camps just to name a few. Age of campers range from 4 years old on up. 
The Country Experience The Country Experience is a summer week-long sleepaway camp for 7-12 year old children. Campers become contributing members of a 34-acre working family farm, set high on a hill overlooking the upper Mississippi River Valley and the historic Village of Elizabeth, IL. The youth-size environment has been prepared so campers can be “inside the fences,” making new friends as they care for animals, run and play on the wide lawn and create meals from the garden they’ve helped tend.

Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Center We are a Lutheran Camp located in Northern Illinois near Oregon IL. We have 640 acres of land which includes an 8 acre pond, over 10 miles of hiking trails, a large remnant prairie, hardwood and pine forests, and much more. We also utilize the Rock River for many of our programs.
Camp Jump Start CAMP JUMP START TRULY IS DIFFERENT FROM ALL OTHER CAMPS. Camp Jump Start is a Whole Health and Weight Loss summer camp dedicated to jumpstart kid success as seen on MTV and the PBS documentary "Weighed Down--Finding Hope for Childhood Obesity". International Sports Training Camp ISTC is a privately owned premiere sports camp located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania. ISTC offers a traditional camp activity schedule with an emphasis on sport. We are proud to offer our campers extensive sporting facilities across our 400 acre property, and our specialist staff run activities including jet skiing, rock climbing, banana boating, mountain biking, plus a variety of water and land sports. Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois Camps Dean, Far Horizons, and McCormick are owned and operated by the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois serving girls ages 5-17. We have a variety of programs including day, resident, family, and troop camps.
Camp Anokijig For 92 years, Camp Anokijig has offered campers age’s 7-16 resident camp experiences of 3 days to 9 wks. 1 hour north of Milwaukee, WI, activities include sailing, swimming, canoeing, archery, windsurfing, paddle sports, nature, camping skills, drama, dance, choir, woodworking, land games, digital photo, crafts, horseback riding, shooting sports, fencing, day tripping, wilderness skills, rock-climbing, adventure tripping, teen leadership, and team building adventure challenge, special events, plus more! Staff positions run 10 1/2 to 15 weeks (including training). Anokijig counselors gain leadership experience supervising a program area as well as a living unit. Holiday Home Camp Holiday Home Camp is residential summer camp located in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, right along the beautiful shores of Geneva Lake. Holiday Home Camp has been serving underprivileged, inner-city youth from Chicago, Milwaukee, Rockford, Kenosha, Madison, Walworth County and surrounding areas since 1887!! The mission at Holiday Home Camp is to provide educational and recreational programming that helps disadvantaged youth develop the life skills necessary to become self-reliant, productive members of their families, schools and communities.
Camp Whitcomb/Mason Since 1911, thousands of young people have come to Camp Whitcomb/Mason for outdoor adventures, and cooperative activities such as canoeing, swimming, star-gazing, arts & crafts, a high challenge course and much more. Located 45 minutes from Milwaukee, Camp is located on the bank of Lake Keesus, surrounded by 306 acres of woodlands. During the summer CWM operates a Day and Overnight summer camp. Camp Whitcomb/Mason is looking for high energy, caring, and dedicated staff to serve our inner city youth population.

We are that camp! Cub Creek Science Camp is a unique summer camp specializing in the 3 most fun areas: Animals, Science, and Adventure! WeHaKee Camp for Girls Camp WeHaKee is a multi-national residential summer camp for girls sponsored and operated by the Catholic Sisters, the Dominicans of Sinsinawa Wisconsin. WeHaKee has a diverse population of girls and staff from throughout the US and other countries and represent many racial, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. Nestled along the shores of Hunter Lake and the Chippewa flowage in Northwestern Wisconsin, WeHaKee has been a summer haven for girls since 1923. Camp counselors are hired to share their gifts while caring for a cabin of 8 girls. Counselors serve as activity leaders teaching in one or more of the following activity areas offered at WeHaKee.

Camp Matoaka Camp Matoaka is a private, girls, residential summer camp in Maine. Situated on over 150 acres of flat grassy playing fields, woodlands and lakefront, Matoaka's facility is top notch. Camp Hantesa We are a camp serving boys and girls 5-18 years old. We are located in Boone, Iowa where we have been in operation since our founding in 1919. Located adjacent to Ledges State Park in the beautiful Des Moines river valley, we serve youth through nature programming in addition to target sports, art, music, theatre, swimming, water craft, equestrian, high and low ropes, climbing, camping skills, adventure trips, and much more.
Catalina Island Camps The Catalina Island Camps summer camp program is built around our mission and the unique marine and land environments of Howlands Landing. Boys and girls entering 2nd through 11th grade participate in one to four week sessions. Our program is designed around a two week session and nearly two-thirds of our campers attend for two-weeks or longer. ARCh Camp Pow Wow ARCh Camp Pow Wow is a summer camp for children and adults with disabilities located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. We are the only camp in the area that does not turn campers away based on disability or medical needs. ARCh Camp Pow Wow goals are to enhance the quality of life through outdoor camping experiences that foster independence, relationships, and self-worth. Every camper is accepted, valued and encouraged to participate in every aspect of the camp experience. Our program offerings include Arts and Crafts, Music, Recreation, Nature, Waterfront, and Life Skills, also called Activities of Daily Living. ARCh Camp Pow Wow offers day and residential camp. We provide 5 weeks of day camp, including 3 week of kids’ camp for campers age 5 - 21, and 2 weeks of adult camp for campers age 22 and up. For day camp weeks, staff work daily from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. We offer 3 weeks of residential camp, including one week for kids, one week for adults, and one week of “I Can Do It!” transition camp for campers age 15 – 25. Campers and staff stay on camp in accessible platform tents, Monday through Friday. ARCh Camp Pow Wow Counselor and Program Instructor positions are salaried with room and board provided during residential camp weeks. Summer season runs from June 5 to August 18, 2017.

Camp Shalom Camp Shalom is a Christian summer camp in Eastern Iowa that primarily serves campers in grades 4-9. The summer staff are the backbone of Camp Shalom. Project Morry Project Morry (Morry's Camp) is a traditional summer camp located 2 hours from NYC. We serve 7 communities schools and centers. The fun part to tell people is we are able to do this free of charge to our communities and families. The children are a part of our programs from 4th grade through high school graduation. Summer camp where they get to meet amazing college students as their counselors. And then our school year programs that are run by our camp supervisors who work with our programs full time.

Ingersoll Scout Reservation  940 Acre Boy Scout Summer Camp 
Wildwood Outdoor Education Center Wildwood Outdoor Education Center, an independent non-profit residential camp established in 1980 to serve the inner city youth of the Kansas City Metro. We are located about 45 miles south of Kansas City, and operated on 160 acres of rolling wooded hills, meadows, streams and lakes. We are currently seeking female and male counselors, specialists, and a health manager (nurse), to work with youth ages 6-15. Employment would begin in late May. Our camp staff stay in cabins and supervise campers at night while serving as activity leaders during the day-time. WIU's Office of Study Abroad and Outreach Study Abroad provides students with countless opportunities to take their studies all around the globe. Students have the possibility to study in over 60 countries, regardless of their major or minor course of study. It allows students to complement and enhance their classroom instruction by experiencing the culture and language of a host country. Through the Office of Study Abroad and Outreach, students can participate in a wide variety of educational programs located in more than 60 countries worldwide.
ECOEE The Environmental, Conservation and Outdoor Education Expedition (ECOEE) program is a semester-long field studies program offered through the Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration. Students plan their trip in the Spring, and execute the field studies experience in the Fall. E.C.O.E.E. is your pathway to an Outdoor Leadership minor, and focuses on principles of outdoor leadership and teaching, wilderness travel and minimum impact camping skills, outdoor adventure recreation, and environmental education and interpretation. Horn Field Campus Horn Field Campus (HFC) is a unit of Western Illinois University’s College of Education and Human Services administered by the Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration. Located one mile south of Macomb, this 92 acre retreat includes woodlands, prairie, and several miles of nature trails. The atmosphere is rustic and relaxed, making HFC a perfect place for family reunions, youth group get-togethers, business meetings, weddings, professional and academic conferences, office retreats, and other gatherings. The beautiful, peaceful setting is ideal for getting back to nature, recreation, study and reflection, or just relaxing. Facilities are open year-round and many guests return again and again to enjoy HFC’s hospitality and natural surroundings.
RPTA In a world characterized by new technologies and rapidly changing human needs, the recreation and parks profession is being challenged to provide more opportunities for meaningful leisure experiences.
