Technology Competency Assessment (TCA) and English Language Learners (ELL) Modules
Online Registration

Please complete the following registration form. All fields are required. Upon completion you will be provided with a link for payment. From the payment screen, you will select either the TCA ($25) OR ELL ($15) assessment. Registration is not complete, and access will not be granted, until payment has been made.

WIU uses PayPal to collect online payments.  It is free and easy to set up your PayPal account as long as you have a credit card or debit card. (provide instructions?) If it is impossible for you to pay online with a PayPal account, please visit Horrabin Hall 104 on campus to provide payment by check.

Academic Integrity Policy - Academic Regulations

Western Illinois University is dedicated to the discovery and communication of knowledge. The University can best function and acocmplish its objectives in an atmosphere where high ethical standards prevail.  For this reason, and to insure that the academic work of all students will be fairly evaluated, the University strongly condemns academic dishonesty. The most prevalent forms of academic dishonesty are cheating and plagiarism.

Submission of someone else's work as your own constitutes plagiarism. I, recognize that plagiarism is a serious offense, be it submission of an entire article falsely represented as my own, the inclusion of an idea for which I do not provide sufficient documentation, or inclusion of a documented idea not sufficiently assimilate into my language and style. I understand and recognize that if I plagiarize within the Technology Competency Assessment or English Language Learners Modules, I will face penalties for academic dishonesty.
