Tonya Little is an instructor in the Department of Communication. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and her Master of Arts in Communication from right here at Western Illinois University. Tonya’s career has spanned the educational and not-for-profit sectors. This includes serving as the Admissions Coordinator at Southeastern Community College, Executive Director of the Great River United Way and Prevention Specialist at the McDonough County Mental Health Center.

Tonya is excited to be back at WIU after teaching for 24 years as an adjunct faculty member at several area colleges. Her primary areas of teaching are Public Speaking and Introduction to Communication.
