The Tri States Public Radio music performance studio has hosted five celebration concerts this fiscal year, including a sell-out event for folk singer and humorist Cheryl Wheeler on February 9th. The Celebration Concert season wrapped up in March with a double performance by Grammy-nominated artists Trout Fishing in America (a children's show at 2 pm and a family show at 7:00 on March 22nd).

Julie Root will take over anchoring and reporting duties in March following the retirement of long-time local voice of Morning Edition Don Johnson who retired at the end of January. Julie comes to us from station WGIL in Galesburg, where she served as News Director.
