Faculty News
In March,
Dr. Jeannie Woods was invited to the University of Delaware to attend the opening night performance of
Of Mice And Men. The play was presented by the Resident Ensemble Players—the professional acting company at the University—under the direction of the notable American stage director, Adrian Hall. Hall has been a guest artist with the professional actor training program at the University for several years. Dr. Woods is the author of
Theatre To Change Men's Souls —The Artistry of Adrian Hall, a book which chronicled Mr. Hall's creative work as Artistic Director of the Dallas Theatre Centre and the Trinity Repertory Company in Rhode Island.
Bill Kincaid will be directing Gross Indecency at
Cortland Repertory this summer.
Kincaid is also reading Shakespeare's Sonnet #129 for the Malpass Library's event
Celebrating 400 Years of the Bard of Avon: Shakespeare's Sonnets to be Read April 22. Students, faculty and staff have been invited to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the publication of the Bard's sonnets by reading all of his sonnets.
