Iowa Arts Council Grant Project
Bruce Walters received a grant from the Iowa Arts Council for the grant project "Lenticular prints and Website for Halloween Exhibition Project." The grant will fund two 38 x 58" lenticular prints, which create an illusion that the printed image moves as you walk past. The prints will be included in his Halloween exhibition at the Western Illinois University Art Gallery during Halloween in 2009.
