Men's Soccer Game Against UMKC
The soccer season is almost over with winter right around the corner! Western Illinois University's Men's Soccer team will be hosting another home game as the end of the season approaches. The Leathernecks have been putting great effort into having a successful season. The hardworking players have struggled with victories having a 3-8 overall wins to loses but plan to change that!
The Men's soccer team are continuing to improve on their season and hope to stomp their opponents in upcoming games. Players such as Austin Gochneaur, Kenneth Tryggestad, and Tyler Chavez led their team with the highest shot percentages. The team averages 10 goals, 31 points, and 183 shots. Dr. Eric Johnson (Head Coach) hopes to guide his team to more victories for the remainder of the season.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 3rd, The Leathernecks will be taking on UMKC at the Mackenzie field at 1pm. Come out and show your support for the soccer team! The season is almost over so catch the last few games as soon as possible! This will be a game you don't want to miss!
