Employment Application Form

Student Worker Application Form

Thank you for your interest in University Technology.

Currently we have more than 50 applications on file for the next semester. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. After the application is screened, references checked, and a suitable position becomes available, the Computer Lab and Student Employment Manager will contact you regarding your availability and an interview.

Three professional references are required, and should be previous employers or professors who are familiar with your work habits and/or computing skills. References will be checked.

Resumes are not necessary; however, if you wish to include yours, please bring it to the University Technology office located in Morgan Hall 121, for the Computer Lab and Student Employment Manager.

Please DO NOT submit this form if you will only be at WIU one more semester!

Do you qualify for federal work/study?

(If you don't know what it is, then you probably don't qualify.)

Are you working elsewhere?
