Staffed Computing Labs
Access
University Technology provides access to PC and Macintosh computers for all registered students. Students must enter their ECom user name and password to access the computers in the labs. Each student is entitled to use the computers in the labs to access their electronic mail (email) account and software on the campus LAN and the Internet. Visit any computer lab or the Information Center in Stipes 126 to learn how to use your ECom account.
Facilities

Computing Resource Centers (CRCs)
Computing Resource Centers (CRCs) are located in academic buildings that do not offer student-staffed Computer Labs on the Macomb campus, so students, faculty and staff can have computer access between classes. A nearby department is responsible for opening and closing these centers and providing phone access to the Support Center (309) 298-2704 for technical support. CRCs are only open when the managing department is open, usually 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, when classes are in session.
Computing Resource Centers are currently located in:
- Brophy Hall 115
- Browne Hall 107
- Currens Hall 301
- Knoblauch Hall 107
- 1st & 3rd floors Leslie F. Malpass Library
- Sallee Hall 108
- Simpkins Hall 341
- Stipes Hall 126
- Tillman Hall 413
- Union Food Court
- Waggoner Hall 110
