Pat Quinn, Western's appropriated budget for FY'12 will be reduced by approximately 1.15 percent to $55.5 million from last year's $56.2 million appropriation. BOT Approves All-Costs IncreaseThe Western Illinois University Board of Trustees approved a 4.6 percent increase in all-costs (tuition, fees and room and board) for undergraduate students entering the WIU-Macomb campus in Fall 2011 at the board's June 3 meeting at the WIU-Quad Cities 60th Street Campus.
