- freshman or sophomore WIU Elementary Education major
- minimum 3.60 G.P.A.
- rank in top 10% of graduating class
- preference will be given to applicants from Bureau County
Jessie Ferne Routh Grice Scholarship ($350)
- plan to teach at elementary level
- if freshmen, be in upper 25% of class with minimum ACT of 25
- if transfer, minimum 3.00 G.P.A.
- be enrolled for minimum 12 semester hours
Carol J. Grice Major Scholarship ($300)
- plan to teach at elementary level
- if freshmen, be in upper 25% of class with minimum ACT of 25
- if transfer, minimum 3.00 G.P.A.
- be enrolled for minimum 6 semester hours
Leanne L. Grice Porch Scholarship ($300)
- plan to teach at elementary level
- if freshmen, be in upper 25% of class with minimum ACT of 25
- if transfer, minimum 2.50 G.P.A.
- be enrolled for minimum 12 semester hours
