We provide diagnostic evaluation and therapy for all types of speech-language disorders for all ages.
When are services available?
We operate from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. We are closed when the University is closed for holidays and semester breaks.
Who can receive services from the clinic?
The clinic is open to all. We provide services to University students, area preschoolers, school age children, and adults.
Who provides the services?
Services are provided by students in the major under the direction of certified and licensed faculty.
Is there a charge for your services?
Our services are free to Western Illinois University students, faculty, staff, and children under the age of three years. All others are charged on a sliding scale depending on income and number of dependents in the household. We have a policy that no one will be turned down for lack of ability to pay.
