| Did you know
that your commitment to Delta Zeta continues
long after you graduate? Here's what
it means to be a strong alumni member:
National
Directory:
The National Organization publishes an alumnae
directory every four years to help find lost alumnae and allow chapter
sisters to contact each other. Your responsibility as a member of Delta
Zeta is to keep your address current by contacting:
Delta Zeta National Headquarters
202 East Church Street
Oxford, OH 45056
Or by clicking
here.
Keeping your address current ensures that you will receive The Lamp.
Chapter
Directory:
You have the responsibility of keeping your chapter
updated when your contact information changes. Our chapter maintains
a paper and online directory. Click
here
to provide the chapter with your latest contact information
electronically.
Alumnae
Chapters:
Alumnae chapters unite members of Delta Zeta in and
near a given city in order to assist the college chapters in that area and
to foster friendship, ideals, and the general interest of Delta
Zeta. For the alumnae chapter nearest you, click
here.
If you live in the Chicago area, you may be interested in joining the Chicago
Far West Chapter.
Chapter
Associations:
Chapter Associations don't have the formal
structure of an alumnae chapter, but give alumnae the opportunity to
connect with sisters from their college chapter at their convenience. As
an alumni member, you are automatically a member. Currently, Epsilon
Omicron does not have a chapter association.
Legacy Introduction and
Personal Reference:
As an alumni member, you now have the privilege of
recommending young women, as well as your own legacies, for membership in
the sorority. To access this form, click
here.
Chapter
Consulting:
Chapter Consultants visit Delta Zeta’s collegiate
chapters around the country to advise chapter executive board(s) and
chairmen, assist in the planning and implementation of membership
recruitment activities, and deliver leadership development and educational
programs throughout the academic year. To apply to be a
consultant for the 2008-09 term, download this
application, due by November 10, 2007.
Volunteer
Opportunities:

The Lamp:

membership. You may also read the national magazine online by clicking

Disposal of the
Badge:
After initiation, you signed a statement acknowledging that Delta Zeta
badges are the property of the Sorority. Note:
- Any
member who resigns from the Sorority or whose membership is
terminated by the National Council must return it, either to a
representative of the Sorority or to the National Headquarters
office
- A
member may be buried wearing her badge if it is her wish or the
express wish of her family members. Otherwise, the badge should be
returned to National Headquarters
