What if my instructor does not respond to my phone calls or e-mails, how can I get ahold of him/her?

Answer

Contact the department which your course is offered through and speak to the secretary, who in turn can relay a message to the instructor. If you do not receive a response back in ample time, contact the chairperson of the department with your concerns.
