As a fully online degree program, the Board of Trustees Bachelor of Arts degree program provides professional academic advising for each student in this degree program. All other students are encouraged to consult with their respective academic advisor.

Fall 2009
Online Courses

April 1, 2009 – Advance Registration begins
- April 20, 2009 – Open Registration begins
- August 24, 2009 – Classes begin
- August 28, 2009 – Last day to register students without special permission of instructor.
- September 4, 2009 – Last day to register students. Last day to withdraw from one or more online courses without receiving a “W” on transcript.
- November 1, 2009 – Last day to drop classes or make a total university withdrawal without academic penalty (tuition payable).
- December 16, 2009 – Last day for students to take fall online course exam in the Distance Learning office. If taking exams at the Quad Cities campus exams must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
- December 18, 2009 – Instructors must have all requirements by this date (including exams).
Print-based Courses (NOT on-campus students)
- April 1, 2009 – Advance Registration Begins

- May 12, 2010 - Last day for students to take spring online course exam in the Distance Learning office. If taking exams at the Quad Cities campus exams must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
- May 14, 2010 - Instructors must have received all course requirements by this date (including exams)
Summer 2010
Online Courses

- June 8, 2010 – Last day to add course during open registration.
- June 14, 2010 - Last day to add by permission or delete a course.
- June 14, 2010 - Last day to drop course with a “W” grade.
- July 28, 2010 - Last day for students to take exams in the Distance Learning office. If taking exams at the Quad Cities campus exams must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
- July 30, 2010 - Last day to submit course requirements to graduate in May or have grade recorded on transcript by end of summer session
Fall 2010

Orientation Info
Some programs offer an Online Orientation. You are strongly encouraged to complete the online orientation shortly after you have been accepted into a program. The orientation programs are designed to familiarize you with your new program.
