As Faculty Advisor to both the Economics Club and Omicron Delta Epsilon, Dimitri Andrianacos was for a number of years the Department of Economics' major liaison person with the student associations. Dimitri's energy and enthusiasm helped to keep these groups active. Although a relatively recent Ph.D., Dimitri has already published a considerable amount of research using VAR (vector autoregression models), a recently developed econometric technique with wide applicability. He is also one of the Economics Department's most enthusiastic users of the Internet "information superhighway" and maintains the department's homepage.
