The Early Childhood Technology Integrated Instructional System (EC-TIIS) is a free online training program for families and early childhood professionals. Since federal funding for EC-TIIS has ended, we are no longer able to offer credit for participation in the online workshops.

Consisting of nine high quality workshops, the project is sponsored by the Center for Best Practices in Early Childhood Education at Western Illinois University.
