Brady Stromquist
Brady Stromquist has worked with the Sherrard Community School district for 10 
years. He has found that the largest obstacle is time management. As part-time activities director, part-time teacher, and coach, it is difficult for him to prioritize what needs to be done on an everyday basis. He states that it is “difficult to balance classroom and administrative tasks at the same time.”
This time management need manifests itself specifically in preparing for the tournaments that his school district hosts. Organizing the events takes time and commitment, a process that he makes easier through communication with coaches, administrators, and teachers. Stromquist’s next big project is researching a leadership and decision making program for his athletes.
Stromquist states that, “Getting my administrative degree has opened up doors that wouldn’t have otherwise opened for me. To that, I am grateful. I enjoy my job and look forward to all the challenges ahead.”
