James McEnroe
James D. McEnroe, a past graduate from our program, is a retired TRS administrator,
and the current interim business manager at the SPEED District 802, Special Education Cooperative in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
James became the assistant superintendent at a financially struggling school district. He was able to work with the superintendent and board of education to create a long-range financial plan. This financial plan brought the district to Financial Recognition status.
James is currently working on his doctorate in Educational Leadership, here at Western. He is married, with four adult children, and one grandchild.
