As interim chair of the deaprtment my goals are to help faculty achieve excellence in teaching, research and service, serve student's needs as best as possible, and help strengthen our various programs and units.                                  

I love to teach public relations, international communication, and reseach methods courses; I want to see students interacting and participating in classes; I am challenging and tough in assignments but dedicated to the well being of each of my students.

Born in India; came to the U. S. in 1981; has travelled to most European countries, most nations in the Middle East, and almost all of the countries in Asia.
