New things are afoot inside Simpkins. We are rebuilding the web pages for English & Journalism to update our site and make it more oriented toward department news and events. As we perform this work, many web pages will be temporarily unavailable.

- July 23: Case Writer-in-Residence converted.
- July 12: Journalism program work underway.
- July 6: Updates to student pages, including scholarships and advising.
- Jun 25: Substantial conversion of Graduate Program.
- Jun 10: Started work on English Education.
- Apr 17: Department directory and front page converted (with all items static and hand-coded; we'll automate everything later). Beginning work on graduate program. Made placeholder page for programs.
