STARS

The Student/Alumni Records System (STARS) provides students, alumni, and employees with access to their university records from 3:00 a.m. to midnight (CST), seven days a week.

WIUP

WIUP provides all employees with access to their own personnel, payroll and time reporting information as well as a campus directory and academic calendar from 3:00 a.m. to midnight (CST), seven days a week. Some employees may also use WIUP to perform administrative processes related to their job duties.

Log into Western Online, WIU's online learning environment.

Class Schedule

The Course Search screen, available through STARS, allows you to search the current class schedule or projected schedule for specific course criteria, open sections, and department courses.

my.WIU Faculty/Staff Portal

The my.WIU portal is a password-protected resource for faculty and staff members that provides ease of access to commonly utilized web resources, University information and WIU documents and forms.

Western's Knowledgebase

Western's Knowledgebase is a web-based resource for tech help for a wide variety of software used on the WIU campuses.
