Glyn Jones is the grand old man of Welsh letters. A poet, novelist and short story writer of wit and grace, his collection of essays The Dragon has Two Tongues is the seminaI work on Anglo-Welsh Literature. A Patron of the University's Centre for the study of Welsh Writing in Fnglish. Glyn has read and recorded generously at this University. Received an Hon D.Litt. from University of Wales. The Island of Apples, a novel, was recently re-published by V.W.P.
