The Universities

The Brazil: Sustainable Entrepreneurship program is offered by four universities; two from Brazil, and two from the United States.

Universidade Federal Rural da Amazonia
Situated in Belém, Brazil, the UFRA aims to train top-level professionals, develop and share culture through technical and scientific perspective and scope, offer services to the community, and contribute to economic development, and social and environmental performance of the Amazon region.

 

Universidade Federal de Lavras
The UFLA is a major public institution of higher education in Brazil and is constantly attentive to the social role of higher education. With a spirit of giving back to communities, every department at the university is dedicated to transfer its learning and discoveries to improve the economy, quality of life, and culture for Brazilians.

 

Northern Michigan University
Upper Peninsula, is a dynamic four-year, public, coeducational university. The university has received national and international awards for its innovative work in the area of technology in higher education.

 

Western Illinois University
WIU’s outstanding quality has been recognized in The Princeton Review and U.S. News and World Report. WIU is located in Macomb, Illinois—a warm, close-knit community in the heart of the USA.
