Capacity Building in Southern Mexico, Western Illinois University

The U.S.-Mexico Training, Internships, Exchanges, and Scholarships (TIES) Partnership Initiative, “Capacity Building in Southern Mexico” is a multifaceted program that will utilize the collective knowledge and resources at WIU and UAQ to build the capacity of UTS to improve the livelihoods of rural small-scale producers in Southern Mexico.
