This degree will prepare Mexican students to pursue careers in rural economic development. Students will complete a variety of courses and training activities to better understand the needs of small-scale producers in Southern Mexico. Students will also gain hands-on experience by participating in both a research assistantship and an internship.
Year 1
Nidia Rebollo Soto

Graduated in Business Management at Universidad Autonoma de Chiapas, has been
studying foreign languages in Germany and France. She works as a Professor
at Universidad Tecnologica de la Selva. At the moment, she is studying a
Master in Recreation Park and Tourism Administration at Western Illinois
University.
Her main goal is help to the sustainable development of the South of Mexico,
trough the promotion of ecotourism.

Licenciada en Administracion de Empresas en la Universidad Autonoma de Chiapas, cuenta con Estudios de Idiomas extranjeros en Alemania y Francia. Es docente en la Universidad Tecnologica de la Selva. Actualmente se encuentra estudiando la Maestria en Parques de Recreacion y Administracion de Turismo, en la Western Illinois University.
Su principal interes es ayudar al desarrollo sostenible del sur de Mexico a traves de la promocion del ecoturismo.
