        Fred Ebeid
WESTERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY

Dr. Fred Ebeid serves as Dean of the College of Business and Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1974. At Western Illinois University Dr. Ebeid has taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level, specializing in financial management, investments and personal financial planning. Dr. Ebeid has also been extensively involved in developing international travel and study programs for undergraduate and graduate students and in designing and providing educational opportunities for undergraduate independent study.

           
        Gaston LeBlanc
UNIVERSITÉ DE MONCTON

Dr. LeBlanc is Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Professor of Marketing at the Université de Moncton. He received a Doctorate in Marketing and a D.E.A. from the Université Aix-Marseille in France, and a MBA from the Université de Moncton. Before being named Dean, he has held many positions at the Université de Moncton namely Director of the MBA Program, Chair of the Business Administration Department and Associate Dean. His research is focused on the Determinants of Service Quality, Corporate Image, Service Value and Customer Loyalty. For his work, Dr. LeBlanc has received five Awards of Excellence as well as a Citation of Excellence from ANBAR Electronic Intelligence. He is presently pursuing a research project on the impact of culture on customers’ evaluation of value in retail cooperatives in Canada, Mexico, and Brasil.

         
        José Antonio Inclán
UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE QUERÉTARO

He is CPA and Master in Business Administration form the Universidad Estatal de Querétaro, and Doctorate in Administration from the Universidad Estatal Juárez de Durango. He has held many positions in the College of Accounting and Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, from Coordinator of the Social Service Area, Coordinator of the Cost Accounting Area, Coordinator of the Accounting Area and at present, Dean of the College, where he also teaches Accounting.

         
        Rocki-Lee DeWitt
UNIVERSITY OF VERMONT

Dr. DeWitt is Dean of the School of Business Administration and a Professor of Management at the University of Vermont. She received a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Columbia University, an M.S. in Agricultural Economics from the Ohio State University, and a B.S. in Marketing and Management from New York University. She is nationally recognized for innovation in instruction and advising, building partnerships with businesses, and research on restructuring and downsizing. She chairs the United Way Campaign at UVM and sits on the boards of the Peer-to-Peer Collaborative, Lake Champlain Region Chamber of Commerce, Greater Burlington Industrial Council and Yankee Farm Credit. Dr. DeWitt serves as an advisor to small and medium businesses that compete in mature and declining industries.

         
        Roger Noël
UNIVERSITÉ DE SHERBROOKE

He is Master in Commercial Sciences from Université de Sherbrooke. Professor, responsible for the verification courses and responsible for Understanding courses of the financial states in program MBA. Over a period of twelve years, he assured the supervision about a hundred of interventions of students and students from the BAA to firms (mandates of study of accounting system and internal control). His research are “Study and development of a new integrated method of study verification, method kept by the business company KPMG for the training of their trainees,” and “Study and development of techniques of exam for the candidates and the candidates coming in exams of the Canadian Institute of the recognized accountants.” At present he is the Dean of the Faculty of Administration at the Université de Sherbrooke.

         
        Rafael Hernández
UNIVERSIDAD PANAMERICANA

He is CPA from the Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico, and MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Doctorate’s Program in Administration and Management at IPADE México. He was Risk Manager in a Mexican Insurance. He was Director of the School of Finance at the Universidad Panamericana. At present he is Dean of the School of Business at the same University, where he also teaches strategic planning.
