Overview

The Trilateral MBA is a program designed to develop business leaders for the new North America; business leaders who are sensitive to the cultural differences and diversity among the countries involved in the North American Free Trade Agreement.

The program will prepare the students for the managerial challenges facing business leaders in North America and adapt their thinking and managerial styles to reflect this new way of interacting and conducting business.

Students will work closely with each other and use the collective skills they have developed to solve assigned work. This active learning mode will prove beneficial in preparing the students for international leadership positions in the future.

Every aspect of the program is team related, international in scope and concentrates on NAFTA issues. Further, the program immerses students in the three different cultures thereby serving as a catalyst for their future business decisions. Students will spend one semester studying and living in Canada, one semester in the United States, one semester in Mexico, and a fourth semester internship in one of the three North American countries.
