410G Leadership in the Multicultural World. (3) Exploration of the complex nature of leadership in a multicultural world with focus on emerging models. Emphasis on increasing knowledge and skills of self as leader and follower and on understanding the dynamics of working with others in organizations and communities. Prerequisite: graduate standing.
