Welcome Exhibitors

Exhibitors play a central role in the success of any International Horn Society Symposium and with the 41st Symposium we welcome all Horn manufacturers, distributors, and related product and service providers to Macomb.

To be included in the Exhibitor's listing in the Program Book, registration needs to be completed by March 2, 2009. Should you wish to purchase an ad in the Program Book, materials need to be submitted no later than March 2, 2009.

Centrally located less than a day's drive of a major percentage of the membership of the International Horn Society, we anticipate between 500 and 600 horn professionals, teachers, students, and enthusiasts in attendance at this week-long event.

In addition to the traditional "trade show type table top displays", we are happy to report several new opportunities are available to exhibitors this year including:

  1. a reception at the beginning of the symposium for all registered exhibitors and members of the I.H.S Advisory Council members,
  2. private exhibition time for invited guests to preview instruments and merchandise before the Exhibition Hall opens to the general public,
  3. and a daily roundtable discussion allowing vendors an opportunity to discuss their products and highlight advancing technologies.

With the addition of the morning Exhibitor's Panel Sessions and the events held at the beginning of the Symposium, there will be twenty-nine hours of open exhibit times, with an hour off for lunch each day.
