Featured Artist: Jennifer Kummer
Jennifer Kummer, performs as a hornist in the recording studios in Nashville, Tennessee—where she has worked with many recording artists including Amy Grant, Jars of Clay, Patty Loveless, Faith Hill, and Garth Brooks. Previously, she has held positions as the Principal Hornist of the Memphis Symphony (1992-1997), and Assistant Principal Hornist of the Grant Park Symphony Orchestra in Chicago. Her orchestral experience also includes performances with the horn sections of the St. Louis Symphony and the Nashville Symphony. Jennifer is a 1990 graduate of Western Illinois University, and attended the University of Southern California the following year for graduate studies. She has studied horn with Roger Collins, Vincent DeRosa, Gail Williams, and Randall Faust.
