Epson PowerLite 765c Wireless Multimedia Projector

The Epson PowerLite 765c offers a surprising amount of power from a projector that weighs less than four pounds. The 765c has a small design which allows it to be relocated easily (7.6”D x 10.9”W x 2.7”H). The brightness can be changed from low brightness, 2000 lumens, to high brightness, 2500 lumens. It projects clear and bright images from its 3LCD technology. The screen size varies from 30 in. at a distance of 2.5 ft. up to a screen size of 300 in. at a distance of 25 ft.

The built-in software allows images such as high-resolution photos to be projected without the use of a PC. This can be done directly from a digital camera, of from storage devices such as USB memory or external hard drive.

When using a PC, the slide show mode enables the presenter to open additional files on the PC without them being projected. The 765c is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh run computers.

The 765c comes with an 802.11g wireless card, which ensures the fastest transfer rates. The wireless capability has added security features with both LEAP-authentication and WEP/WPA for encrypted wireless transmissions. The 765c can also upload or run presentations such as streaming video up to two to five times faster than in previous models.

The 765c comes with a remote control that can be used up to 20 feet away. The remote has options, which include: focus, zoom, power, page up/down, mute, freeze, pointer, and menu. Cost: $1,999.95
