The ESRI website allows users to look at new products and their abilities.  It gives detailed descriptions about each product and what it is used for.  After reading about all the products, viewers may buy the product they want on the website.  The website also gives detailed instructions about what each product is capable of and how to use the programs.  The site allows users to get help when they need it.

This website gives detailed descriptions about GIS.  It explains how GIS systems can be used in a wide variety of organizations, including education.  The site also tells new users what they need to think about before choosing a GIS system.  There is a guide where the user can find out where they can be taught how to use GIS systems.  This site is geared more toward people who do not know a lot about GIS systems.

This site allows teachers to get a better understanding of how GIS systems are used in the classroom.  It also gives links to different programs that can be used in the classroom, and helps teachers to get a feel for the programs.

This site is great if a teacher wants to find an exact project for their students.  It gives step-by-step instructions and gives the teacher resources to help them do this.  There is also a section of the site that tells teachers where they can go to get programs and information about GIS and GPS systems.

This website explains many ways that GPS can be used in the classroom.  It tells how these programs can benefit the students.  An explanation of projects that have been done using GPS systems is available here.  It also gives detailed descriptions of lesson plans that teachers have used with GPS systems, and shows places that you can go to get GPS devices.

This site allows teachers to find lesson plans to teach in their classes.  The web site shows very detailed examples.

ArcLessons
This part of the site will allow a teacher to select a category in which they want to find a lesson plan.  This will lead them to a list of plans that tells them what the topic is, what level of user it is made for, what software is needed, and a short description about what the lesson is about.  This site is really good if you want examples for only one type of program.
