Orientation and Student Activities
Welcome to the home page of the Office of International Student Orientation and Activities! Our goal is to serve and support all international students on campus. We offer a broad range of services and activities designed to orient international students to their new surroundings, get them involved in the campus and community, and make sure they have all the tools and support necessary for a successful academic career here.
This website will introduce you to our friendly and helpful staff, as well as provide you with information on how to get involved with the different activities we offer.
September 8th - Chinese Autumn Festival Presentation, 2:00 pm, Multicultural Center Activities Room: Come learn about the Chinese Autumn Festival, try a moon cake and test your chopsticks ability!
September 12th - Cultural Cafe: Jamaica, 12:00 p.m., Grand Ballroom (1st floor, University Union): Learn about the Jamaican culture and try some authentic Jamaican food!
September 16th - Coffee, Culture, Conversation (Social Media), 12:30 pm, Multicultural Center Activities Room: Come chat with people from all over the world and have some free coffee, tea and cookies!
October 1st - BaFa BaFa Cultural Simulation - 3:00 pm, Capitol Room: Sign up by September 24th to participate in this fun cultural simulation!
