~ Master's Programs / Degree Tracks ~
You can tailor your IDT degree program by choosing either a research tract or a course work tract. The research plan, which includes an applied project or a thesis, is most suitable if you are interested in conducting and testing a site-specific project, conducting a research study, or if you are planning to pursue additional education beyond the MS degree.
The course work plan is recommended if you prefer taking additional courses and producing a portfolio of completed projects demonstrating your expertise in instructional technology.
